#BUHAYFRONTLINER: Maxine Monasterio-Mejia, Resident Doctor at Northern Mindanao Medical Center

"Encouraging kaayo sa amoa nga makita nga bisag ang mga tawo nga naa sa ilang panimalay, nangita ug pamaagi aron makatabang sa amo in this fight against this COVID-19. We all have roles to play and I think para sa mga tao nga dili kinahanglan magtrabaho, ang role na atong i-play dapat is to really stay at home. Importante gyud kaayo ni siya tungod kay atong dumdumon nga ang virus dili maka travel on its own, it travels through us. So, if we slow down, if we stop our movements, then the virus will stop and slow down as well. Hopefully, if we all do this together, if we all stay home long enough, either mamatay ang virus on its own or we give our scientists enough time to develop a vaccine or a possible cure. Kabalo ko nga dili sayon to just stay home labi na sa atong mga igsoon nga nagsalig sa ilahang adlaw adlaw nga trabaho but together we can do this. The virus does not stand a chance against a united people so magkahiusa unta tang tanan, magtinabanga, and I know and I believe that we all get through this."
