For their unwavering commitment for the rehabilitation of drug responders in their respective barangays, five Community-Based Drug Rehabilitation Program Managers were given certificate of recognition by the City Anti-Drug Abuse Council (CADAC), Office for Community Affairs (OCA) and Oro Citizen's Wellness & Development Center (OCWDC) during the culmination program of Drug Abuse Prevention & Control (DAPC) month on Nov. 29, at the activity center of Centrio Ayala Mall.
